Is sound or light therapy better?

With your body consisting of over 60% water, sound therapy is MORE effective than light therapy. Sound waves penetrate deeper, maintain integrity longer, and travel farther than light. For this reason, sound waves are more powerful at overall healing, including DNA, RNA, and mitochondria.

How do frequencies affect the body?

Frequency is the lifeblood of your body.
