The Best Weight Loss Cleanse for YOU!

weight loss cleanse

What’s the best weight loss cleanse for you? One that’s customized for your body!

We’ll guide you in creating a weight loss cleanse that fits your body’s needs AND your busy schedule. Unfortunately, most cleanses are too intense. Detoxing too quickly results in toxins getting recirculated instead of eliminated. The purpose of a cleanse is to get toxins OUT, so a slow detox is more effective.

Detoxing allows you to function more efficiently, feel better, and fully heal. What’s the result of a cleanse done right? Sustainable weight loss! Most toxins are stored in body fat, so get them out to lose weight and keep it off. We’ll show you how to support your body with the nutrients it needs to heal and clean out toxins creating stress, illness, and weight gain.

Start a Weight Loss Cleanse

First, it helps to have a solid nutrition foundation. Eating well before a weight loss cleanse makes it easier to complete and get the BEST results. Sign up for a Wellness Program to receive the support needed to cleanse correctly and improve your health on all levels.

Whether you work with a Wellness Coach or not, this cleanse will give you a boost. Pay attention to how you feel, taking it down a notch if you feel bad, and continuing as you feel good. The goal of cleansing isn’t to remove all toxins at once but to eliminate them over time. This slow and steady method is the most effective AND enjoyable way to detox.

Cleanse Purpose

Want to give your body the re-boot it needs to lose weight, heal, and re-energize your life? We’ve got the perfect solution…

Our weight loss cleanse uses natural foods, herbs, and supplements to boost and support detoxification. Also, view How to Reduce Toxins in Your Life. It helps eliminate toxins, support weight loss, balance hormones, improve digestion, rejuvenate the skin, and more. Unlike most healing plans, this is not about deprivation but supporting your liver.

Focus on Plant-Based Foods

This weight loss cleanse focuses on fruits and vegetables because they’re the most cleansing for the body. This cleanse eliminates processed food, caffeine, alcohol, grains, beans, legumes, vinegar, and animal products. Although high-quality animal products can be nourishing, they can also be difficult to digest. This makes an overburdened liver’s job even more challenging. Strive to stick to the full cleanse, but don’t create stress if you’re not perfect.

Raw Foods

Favor raw foods as they’re easier to digest than cooked foods. They contain living enzymes that support digestion. If you feel discomfort after eating raw foods, it’s not because you’re not digesting them well. It’s because the nerves in your gut are sensitive to the fiber passing through the digestive system. How can you tell? You have weak digestion if you see chunks of food in your stool, which will be the case no matter what you eat. Raw foods give you a clue of how well your digestion is working.

Liquid Diet

Get ready to pee frequently! During this fat loss detox, you’ll consume a lot of liquid, including water, coconut water, juices, smoothies, and soups. A liquid diet aims to hydrate your system and flush out toxins while giving your hard-working digestive system time to heal.

Weight Loss Cleanse Tips…

Work with Wellness Coach Cate to determine the best supplements for your needs. These supplements are optional but recommended for support. Good fat loss detox supplements include B12, zinc, spirulina, barley grass-juice powder, and magnesium.
