Drawing from a unique blend of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Milton Erickson-style hypnotherapy, Educational Kinesiology, Acupressure, Reiki, and psycho-spiritual practices, PSYCH-K works by synchronizing both hemispheres of the brain to create a Whole-Brain State. This alignment unlocks what Dr. Bruce Lipton refers to as “Super Learning,” making it easier to replace self-limiting beliefs with new ones that support your goals.

Contact us to start with a 1-hour session. Most clients benefit from sessions every 2-6 weeks and decrease the frequency as they progress.

Although this modality can address underlying limitations contributing to physical health issues, it's not a medical treatment and isn't intended to replace professional medical care or advice.

Remote sessions are as effective as in-person. The only difference is that Cate muscle tests on your behalf.
