  • Most clients book 1 to 2 sessions per month for momentum, but follow what feels sustainable. Consistent coaching provides the best results.

  • Yes. You can meet online for a 1-hour Zoom session, $200, or choose an 80-minute in-person session for a more spacious experience.

    n-person sessions are available at a private office in SW Bend, $350, or at Juniper Preserve, $400, which includes pool, hot tub, and sauna access.

  • Contact us at least 24 hours ahead of time to cancel or reschedule, or your session will count as complete.

  • Yes. All sessions and programs expire one year from the date of purchase.
